A legacy of service.

Initially, the family insurance agency started in Springfield, MN, when Dave Graff started a captive agency in 1974. His wife, Lois, joined him as a licensed agent in 1984. In 1993, Dave, Lois, and son Jeff opened an independent agency in Springfield, MN. By operating as an independent agency, the team was able to gain access to multiple companies to offer greater insurance coverage options for their customers. In 2008, an opportunity to open an office in the Sioux Falls area presented itself; daughters Kris and Kelli became licensed agents, joining the team.

They were able to broaden the customer base, serving new customers from the Sioux Falls, Tea, Harrisburg, and surrounding communities. Working together, both offices serve customers in, around, and between both locations. Our latest addition has been Stacy Maier, an experienced, fully licensed agent, who resides in Harrisburg. She manages the Harrisburg office and serves as the lead agent in that office. It is the mission of Graff Insurance to work FOR its customers by providing personal and complete insurance services.
